REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Post-24-Hour Cancellation: 10% cancellation fee applies if the product has not been dispatched.
  • Exchange Option: Customers may request an exchange instead of cancellation, provided the item is not dispatched.
  • Non-Cancellable Items: Silver coins, customized jewelry, and engraved products cannot be canceled.
  • Return: Return is available for 7 days
  • Manufacturing Defect: 100% of the value will be refunded.
  • Other Returns: Rs. 150 will be levied upon.
  • Card Payments: Refunds to original method in 7 working days.
  • COD Orders: Instant refund via RazorpayX payout link.
  • Custom Jewelry: Part payments are non-refundable.
