This page outlines the terms of our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Program for all Aleor sterling silver pieces, offering flexible, straightforward options should you wish to exchange or return your piece over time.

  • Applicable only on purchases made directly through Aleor’s official website or authorized platforms.
  • Valid only for orders placed and delivered within India.
  • All pieces must pass Aleor’s Quality Inspection before an exchange or buyback is approved.

  • 100% of the silver metal value at prevailing market rate.

Conditions:

  • Original invoice and certificate must be provided.
  • In case of lost certificate, a fee of INR 1,500 will be deducted.
  • INR 750 processing charges for shipping and handling.
  • Lifetime Exchange value can be used to purchase new jewelry from Aleor but cannot be encashed.
  • Exchange is processed after approval of final valuation.

Our buyback policy is transparent and fair because when you choose Aleor Jewels, we promise that value evolves with you.

Our Fair Buyback Promise:

  • 90% of the silver metal value at prevailing market rate.

Conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed via Razorpay X within 7 business days after final approval.
  • Certificate loss will result in a deduction of INR 1,500.
  • INR 750 processing charges for shipping and handling
  • Buyback is only applicable for jewelry that passes quality check and matches original purchase records.

Valuation:

  • Our support team will provide you with an approximate valuation based on the product details you share.

Pickup Arrangement:

  • Once you agree to the preliminary estimate, our team will arrange a secure pickup of the product from your registered address.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹750 will be borne by the customer and deducted from the final value.

Final Valuation:

  • After we receive the product and complete our quality checks, we'll share the final valuation for your approval.

Processing:

  • Once approved, the exchange value will be credited to your Aleor Jewels Wallet, or the buyback amount will be processed via bank transfer—whichever option you choose.

Non-Response Clause:

  • If we don't receive your approval within 7 days of sending the final valuation, Aleor Jewels reserves the right to credit the amount to your Aleor Jewels Wallet.

Approval Timeline:

  • You must approve or reject the valuation within 7 days of being notified. In case of rejection, we will safely return your original jewelry.

Lifetime Buyback Payments:

  • Buyback payments will be processed via bank transfer to your registered bank account.
  • We assure you that payment will be completed within 10–14 working days after Quality Check and final customer confirmation of valuation.

Transit Insurance:

  • Your jewellery is fully insured during transit until it reaches you.

Seamless & Secure Shipping Process:

  • Aleor Jewels will arrange a secure pickup of the product.
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 750 will be borne by the customer and deducted from the final value.

Missing Certificates:

  • In case of missing product certificates, a standard deduction of ₹1500 per missing certificate will apply.

Lifetime Exchange Credit:

  • Upon approval and successful Quality Check (QC), the exchange value will be credited as store credits to your Aleor Jewels Account.
  • Store credits are valid for 300 days only.
  • They can be redeemed only against the purchase of jewellery.

Discounts & Gifts:

  • Any discounts availed or complimentary gifts received at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final exchange or buyback value.

Making Charges & GST Deduction

  • Making charges paid at the time of original purchase are non-refundable and will not be included in the lifetime exchange or buyback valuation.
  • The valuation is calculated only on the net silver value as applicable, after Quality Check (QC).
  • GST paid at the time of original purchase is non-refundable and will not be adjusted or credited during exchange or buyback.
  • Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions at the time of buyback will be applied as per prevailing government regulations.
