Which materials do you use to craft your jewelry?
For all of our products, we use pure 925 Silver which has a purity stamp.
We have mentioned all the details of materials used on the product page as well.
All our products are nickel-free and coated with 18k Vermeil, which is our special process for Gold Plating in 18k White/Yellow/Rose Gold (this coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, keeping it beautiful for years to come).
What do you mean by 18K Gold Plating/Vermeil?
Gold Plating/Vermeil is a type of process which is done on top of the jewellery piece to give its lustre and durability. Having 18k Gold as its main component, it gives your jewellery long life before it starts to tarnish/oxidise.
What is better Crystals or Cubic Zirconia?
Swarovski crystals are cheaper than Cubic Zirconia (CZ). This is due to the complicated manufacturing process and materials used in CZ. It's also worth noting that CZ is more durable than Swarovski Crystals and can be cut with more facets, offering a better light refraction than Swarovski crystals.
Do your products tarnish or oxidise?
Yes, depending upon the selection of your product and its use, some items may tarnish or oxidise (in case of silver jewellery) over a period of time. For more information, please visit our Jewelry Care page.

Orders & shipping
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to hello@sahara.com. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to hello@sahara.com and we will contact the shipping company.
